Falls off every time you open the grill
This product more or less works as intended, but the magnets are not nearly strong enough, so it falls off every time you open the grill. It would work much better if it wrapped around the handle of the grill lid as well.

THE BOMB!!!
I use my smoker year round in Kentucky as winters here are not what you would call that bad. Artic cold rolled in for Christmas this year with -30 wind chills and Temps in the minus and single digits! 14 pounds of Prime Rib was on the menu for Christmas day.....and this blanket saved the day! Temp on my DLX held steady for 4 hours....and never wavered despite the temps!!!

DO NOT BUY
Do not spend your money on this blanket. After the 3rd use the magnets do not hold at all and it slips off every time I open the lid. Has a warning to mot exceed 350 degrees which I never did. Definitely not worth what it costs.

Poor quality
I bought this blanket a couple months ago. As far as the blanket goes, it is fine but the magnets that hold it on are faulty. They worked until the grill got hot a couple times and now they will not stick. It has a warning written on the blanket that temps of 350 may damage the magnets. This seems kinda strange for a grill blanket.

As for the magnets, high temperatures will destroy the polarization of the material, causing it to loses its magnetic properties. You owe it to purchase this especially if you have the older blanket like I did..The older one was always bound up on the right side when you opened up the the lid to the side kick. Camp chef did the right thing as always.. I love mine.

Fantastic Cold Weather Blanket
The Woodwind WIFI 24 magnetic blanket works great in cold weather holding those low and slow temps. I don't go through as many pellets and the heat stays constant even on 10 smoke. It fits perfectly and looks great. I do take it off when I cook at 350 degrees or more.

Should pay for itself.
I cook year round. After I added this blanket, there was a noticeable decrease in the amount of pellets I was consuming during the winter, and I was able to monitor stable temperature control with my new wifi controller in combination with the blanket. Although pellets aren't necessarily expensive, I believe this blanket will eventually pay for itself.

Fits well and easy to install
Received it the other day and have already used it. I think it does a good job at keeping the heat in (outside temp didn't get above 40 that day). Smoked a 9lb pork butt in about 8hrs. This is all real new to me so not sure what it would have taken otherwise but the results were very tasty. Be sure to read the instruction and take the blanket off if you set a temp of above 350! Very good product!
