Q: Are you able to grill on both sides and can you put charcoal on both sides?

A: The function of the small bucket is to store charcoal for backup and guide air. Generally, you don't need to grill, just put the spare charcoal on the charcoal net inside. It can also provide extra heat. When the lid is closed, the burning charcoal in the small bucket will be transferred to the big bucket through the opening inside, so that the food will cook faster.
