Modern cookware
Heats quickly, cooks evenly across the surface at a lower setting than my previous nonstick pan. Surprisingly lightweight. Can be used in the oven up to 450F. Very pleased with this pan.

Non stick pans are just not worth it
Was only non stick for about four months before it became barely usable. My nonstick pan from Aldi lasted longer than this one. Officially moving to stainless steel.

Quickest clean up!
When I received this pan, I wasn’t sure if I should keep it just because the sides are a bit too short for my liking but I thought ill give it a try and I'm so glad I did! This pan heats up nicely, and is so so easy to clean up!

Literally non stick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan looked pretty & I thought it would be like any other pan off the shelf but I have been immensely happy with it, as it takes ZERO effort to clean. I have made many things with this pan that I thought would have been a nightmare to get off & came clean with minimal soaking or scrubbing.

Great nonstick functionality except…
As advertised. Nonstick works well. But not as heavy as my anodized nonstick this replaced so heating and retaining heat are not as nice. Just something to adjust to.

I love it
Absolutely love this pan. We have a couple calphalon pots and pans already, so I knew this would be a good choice. The lid is heavy and creates a really good seal. I find myself picking recipes because I'll need to use this pan to make them. I only wish I'd gotten a bigger size for when we have guests. 11/10

One month in, so far so good.
I received this pan as an early Xmas present and so far so good. I've probably used it 15 times so far and am really happy with the cook. It cooked evenly with french toast, also pancakes but had to turn the heat up a little more than I usually do to get the sausage browned. Made chicken marsala on the stovetop and finished it in the oven, no sticking and really easy cleaning, just wiped it out with wet paper towel. I'm just going to have to get used to turning up the heat hotter than normal when searing things like scallops, chicken and sausage.

Ceramic is not nonstick
The best thing I can say about it is that it has a nice lid, that is the 2 star part. The pan itself is lightweight, non even cooking. The ceramic coating is nonstick for about 6 uses and then food sticks just as if you were using a pan with no coating. I need lots of oil to make the pan cleanable after use. I am careful with the pan...plastic utensils only and only a soft nylon scrubbie to wash. I would not buy this pan surface again and don't recommend it.
