dishonest company
I ordered this directly from their website. they only sent half my order and will not reply or fix the problem. they are doing this to numerous people according to Facebook comments. they are deleting Tik Tok comments and Facebook reviews but Facebook comments can not be deleted. scam company that steals from customers.

I love this shampoo
FINALLY a truly natural shampoo and conditioner that don't dry out curly hair, actually lather, and make your hair look better. I do not put any chemicals on my body whatsoever, and this stuff is great. I have coarse, curly hair that's dry with an oily scalp, and this shampoo cleans properly and doesn't strip my hair. It reduces frizz and smells great.

My daughter and I have used this shampoo for a few years and my last purchase is NOT the same. Not the same smell and doesn’t clean the way the original did. It’s now a coconut smell that you can get anywhere. The original was a unique scent that lasted all day. Really bummed about this.

The most UNNATURAL scent - terrible
This is branded like an all natural product with “food-grade fragrance” which is greenwashing at its finest. I was excited to try this as I only use natural, clean products for hair and skin. Instantly when I smelled this it smelled like pure synthetic fragrance… like cheap old spice. In NO WAY did I get an hint of coconut. Smells like cologne. Will be returning and if you’re buying this thinking it will smell anything like a clean coconut smell get something else!
