Best lip balm
This stuff is thick and sticky-which is exactly what you need to truly bring real moisture. No matter how much I’ve picked or chewed on my lips, one night with this on repairs them! And it lasts all day. If I apply in the morning before work, it’s still on my lips at lunch. Truly a fantastic product!

Impossible packaging
Purchased today and like another consumer commented on, it's impossible for me to push up from the bottom of the center of the cardboard tube using only a finger. I did get it to move, but only by using a piece of metal as a "pusher!" Great idea for packaging (I do hate plastic) but truly impractical. Arthritic hands, and although I can twist my other tubes of lip balm, I can't use this one at all!

Great quality and lasted a long time!
I haven't had any of the issues with packaging that others are reporting or grainieness. Mine was smooth and if the lip balm happened to get pushed up slightly higher I can just push it back down with my lips when applying it. Mine lasted over a year and it's thicker, so it actually stays on for a while instead of having to reapply it so often.

Would not recommend for dry and sensitive lips
The texture is very thick and doesn’t slide easily on the lips. It also leaves a burning sensation my lips.

Grainy does not go on smooth
Do not buy this lip balm in the paper tube, if you push to hard....you cannot retract the balm back into the tube. It does not go on smooth like their other lip balms do. Buy the Ultra Conditioning in the plastic tube instead, that product is wonderful.

Favorite Lip Balm
This is my favorite lip balm. I love the packaging, the versatility, and the benefits that it provides. I have one in my bag and in the bathroom, and I put it daily on my lips, my eyelids (I have eczema), and my eyebrows (to shape them a bit). Just one of these lasts me half a year -- it is so big! I have tried the passion-fruit one too, but it irritated my eyes because of the smell. This one has no scent and my eyelids are happy. I just got a bulk of these. I hope they keep selling them <3

I love these lip balms because they actually work for my ultra dry lips. They are real shea butter so sometimes, yes, you may hit a grainy patch. The heat of your lips will smooth it out. I love the quantity of product in the tube, as these last me much longer and are deeply moisturizing compares to their other lip balms. My only complaint is the packaging. I’m fine with the cardboard tube but I do wish there was a way to move the balm up and down. If you accidentally push too much out, there’s no way to put it back in the tube without wasting the product.

Terrible packaging
I could not even get the tube open. I had to push very hard from the bottom to finally get the lip balm to come out. It was forced out about 5/8" and there was no way to retract the lip balm cylinder into the container. It was totallly useless.

The worst idea ever! It's a push bottom so no way to push chapstick back down without smearing chapstick everywhere and with the heat here in AZ the chapstick turned soft and made a big mess. Dumb dumb dumb

Ew!
Wow, this tastes horrible. I have used Burts Bees for decades... the new cardboard tube of she + passion fruit lip balm is absolutely incredible and immediately became my new favorite so i decided to try the coconut one too. So disappointed. It has an awful bitter flavor on my lips. I've never been so instantly disappointed in any other lip balm from Burts Bees ever.

I absolutely love Burt’s bees. It’s all I use. Didn’t have this very long. I loved the idea of the cardboard dispenser, but it failed. Actual chapstick started to feel very grainy. Do not waste your money.

Love this! This is my nighttime balm that stays on my nightstand. So moisturizing. My teen daughter comes in every night to use as well. I purposely haven’t bought her her own just yet so she will come see me every night. Love
