I purchased this product due to a LONG history of using Aquaphor in a tube and tub for my excema. Admitting I should have considered any possibility of a formula change and been more cautious to checking ingredients…WHY would you add beeswax?? I had a significant reaction of increased rash, eyelids almost swollen shut and itching. SO disappointed!!!

Weird smell
This now has a weird smell, it used to be unscented, I even have some tubes I bought about 5 months ago to compare it and yes, the old tubes are 100% unscented. Now it smells rancid. Probably adding cheaper ingredients, I ended up returning it and now lost a loyal customer for life. Once they change the formula, they won’t change it back to the original.

Warning for people with Lip dermatitis
I have lip dermatitis and at first this was working for my lips. Although it was working I was constantly reapplying, the product dries up quickly. After a month of using I started to get an allergic reaction to an ingredient within it. I did some research and many people with dermatitis had a reaction to this product so just be aware and do your research before using.

I dont know how id live without this
I used to be a Vaseline lip therapy girl all my life after every other chapstick brand failed me—till I tried Aquaphor and I’ll never look back. Look somewhere else
I bought this because of all the good reviews. I previously used the Chapstick brand and found myself with a Chapstick addiction. I switched to this and tried two tubes back to back. The first tube seemed to help, but with the second tube my lips got so bad I couldn’t go 30 minutes without reapplying. Lanolin was what I switched to after this and it’s amazing. Lasts for hours and even when it’s time to reapply, I don’t really feel like I NEED to.
