On Gadfly, Bug explores an original set of music showcasing the unit as a tight band, with chops and musicality to spare. From the intertwining melodies of "Binney Hill" to the auspicious lines of "Wishful Thinking," Bug digs deep into the modern jazz tradition with a forward-looking vision, taking listeners for a ride the entire way.
