Don't believe the bad reviews left by teens
I almost didn't purchase this due to the bad reviews. Young girls left reviews on here talking about reactions, hair loss, etc. What they didn't understand is that this product has PROTEIN in it- which is great for damaged, dry, or colored hair. Just because you found one split end doesn't mean it is for you. It's just like these 10 year olds using anti aging skincare then complaining it is too harsh on their skin. I'm in my 50s with colored hair and bought the small kit with shampoo, conditioner, deep treatment, and leave in. My hair has never looked healthier. The Briogeo Farewell Frizz is also amazing. Don't believe the Ashleys, Graces, or Poppys on here leaving horrible reviews. They need to go back to using kids shampoo until they're old enough to understand what their hair actually needs.

Excellent shampoo
I bought this shampoo and tried it today for the first time Along with the conditioner. My hair feels so soft and so healthy. It smells really nice too. I will definitely buy this again.

Gave me insane dandruff
I bought this as my first purchase of a nice shampoo. First of all, I hate the smell. it smells like the cleaner in a porta potty. then it started a dandruff flare up it was so bad. I didn't have issues with that before this shampoo. also made my hair really really dry too. I feell like it did get long fast, but the dryness leads to so much breakage.

Why does this burn?
I wanted to love this product. I really did:( First time using it and once applied, my scalp instantly started to burn. Once the product touched my neck and shoulders, those areas started to burn and itch pretty bad. The following day, my scalp was itching and flaking up a storm. I don't have issues with dandruff. I let a few days pass to see if things will clear up since I believe this is an allergic reaction. My scalp is still pretty sore unfortunately. My hair is shedding from the scalp and I know this because every hair strain has that little pulp at the end of it. I have 30" length hair. I do not have issues with hair loss. I don't understand this product because it's suppose to be "natural" however I can see other people having allergic reactions to this product too. This product needs to be evaluated.

I would NOT waste my money on this product
This was the first expensive shampoo + conditioner that I have ever bought, and at first it was great. I was excited to start using "clean" products. After about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks my ears became extremely itchy. I attributed it to it being winter and maybe just dry skin, but after applying lotion day in and day out, it never got better. The back of my neck and scalp became extremely itchy, and then I started to notice a rash along by neck and shoulders. This is the only product change I have made in a long time, and I am super upset that I spent a lot of money on this product - only to have to switch back to my Pantene. What a let down. This product is overhyped and overpriced.

Do not buy this hair product!
This product and the matching conditioner caused hair fall out and gave me a rash all over my scalp, ears and neck. I have used so many shampoos and conditioners throughout my life and I have never a had an allergic reaction.

Great at first, but...
I have very thick hair. My scalp burned after use. I lost a lot of hair with this product and shampoo. It completely changed the texture of my hair. I returned both products after about a month of use. Be careful, especially if you have fine hair.

My hair is normally very thick and wavy underneath. When I started using this, my scalp itched like crazy. After 3 washes, my hair texture completely changed. It went from wavy to frizzy and very soft, almost like baby hair. Now, it is falling out.

it is a big no for me
my hair is wavy, and type is high porosity. usually I use native shampoo and conditioner which do well for my hair and I thought I might use this to get rid for the never ending frizz but this turned my hair into straw lol I felt so regretful, even the leave in conditioner and hair serum didn't make them soft as they should be.
