Chopper is not hardy enough
We have been using for over a year now, but the chopper top connection broke already. This should be of a better material to make it last.

Sturdy and well-designed
I bought this immersion blender a little over a year ago. It has proven to be one the best kitchen tools I own. I regularly use it for making bread from spouted spelt and buckwheat kernels, as well as for hummus. It has plenty of power and versatility to blend these heavy mixtures. It is well designed for my hand, for easy cleaning and for durability.

Can not go wrong
Plenty of power and features I especially like the rubbery grip. Found the variable speed good but I tend to go to the max for near anything except the wisk. The blender head took only seconds to produce a perfect mayo in the mixing cup. I used the chopper to grind almonds into paste for marzipan. And it produced a perfectly smooth vichyssoise in the sauce pot. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great tools, powerful motor!
Great tools with many flexibilities! I love the attachements that I can do so many different things with only 1 set of tools - saves so many kitchen space! Also, I am not a big smoothie drinker, my previous blenders are too big to blend a small portion of veges and fruits, and this blender cup is perfect sized for my family. The only thing is that the chopping cup is too small... I cannot really chop anything there, and the bigger sized chopping cup attachment itself is so expensive to purchase along..

Very bad experience
This is my first time to buy good in your website, I’m very disappointed. First, the size of the food processor of 2 cup is 1 time bigger than 1.5 cup. The description is mis-leading. Besides, when i request to change the 2-cup set. The replied email is totally not I am asking for. That’s just waste of my time.

I have purchased two of the hand held and the complete kit and they do what they are supposed to with ease. I see the odd complaint about shipping and these reviews are supposed to be about the product and if there is a problem with the product the manufacturer can address the problem.

The package actually came looking like it have been opened, used, and repacked. Not great for a christmas present I paid a ton for, I'd actually like to return it for a new one if possible.
