Zipper struggles
We have loved this diaper bag. Problem we have faced is that the zipper splits open of you have the diaper bag full. The zipper is not strong enough and keeps splitting open. This causes us to not be able to pack the diaper bag full. So we are in a position of needing a new diaper bag

Horrible
Literally the zipper broke after 4 months of use. It is extremely uncomfortable to carry as it doesn't sit flat against your back and it stains so easily. Just buy yourself a really nice bag. It's worth it

Loved this bag until the zipper
I loved this bag at first, but 3 months after using the zippers starting not working. I really liked the space, the material and price point but was disappointed with the zipper after only using for 3 months. If the company fixes this issue I would definitely consider buying again.

Don't buy!!
If I could give zero stars I would! It took a whole day and a half for the zipper to stop working. The only zipper that keeps the bag shut. I got as a gift and took the tags off so I can’t return for a different diaper bag. A literal waste of money!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. this is absolutely the worst diaper bag. It is not durable at all. The zipper broke on me after 2 months of use. It stains sooooo easy. Not a wipeable material at all. I threw it away after 3 months of use. Such a nuisance of a bag. So happy to be rid of it.

The bag is beautiful and comfortable too wear. I loved it until it started falling apart and I had only had it for 5 months. One side of the handle ripped off then the front zipper got jammed and later fell off.

Bad zippers
I got my self the pink diaper bag about 6 months ago and now the big zipper don't work it doesn't close and it just opens, it is easy to clean I love how everything fits but don't like that the zippers ain't durable I feel like it's a waste of money don't get it if you want your baby bottles all over the floor

like others, we have had issues with the zipper breaking. we then got a second one and thought maybe it was just a defective one but nope. the clip on the backpack strap broke. this ang is super cute, easy to clean and can hold a lot of items but it breaks two easy.
