This design allows the chair to rotate 360 degrees and gently glide back and forth, providing both comfort and flexibility. Horrible quality
Horrible quality! So cheap feeling and uncomfortable. Very hard seat that immediately started to dent upon the first sit, and the back cushion forces a very unnatural posture. The pleats were also misshapen but honestly I didn't mind that so much. The comfort was really the deciding factor, as I would have forgiven a lot of cons because of its cute design and color. Such a shame! I had to return it.

Nice chairs, terrible delivery
Love the chairs! Exactly as shown, firm seat so you don’t sink below the actual height listed. The delivery was terrible. Estes forwarding only showed my estimated 4-day window, then randomly left a voicemail one day saying they would arrive in 20min. The driver left the chairs on the pallets, in my driveway, in the rain. I have a wrap-around covered front porch steps away.

terrible delivery experience, do not buy this chair
Although the chair is nice, it's cumbersome and large and not very comfortable. It was delivered by a final mile company that left behind a heavy 4-foot square pallette. I had to pay $55 to my trash company to pick up the pallette. I called Target to set up a pick up for the chair, and the rep asked me repeatedly to take it to the store, although the website said to call to arrange pickup. It's too big for our Tesla I told the rep. They arranged for UPS to pick up, but when it was delivered to the IN warehouse, my return was denied! Called Target again and the rep has to send issue to a research team and they'll email me a resolution. I want my money back for the chair, who wouldn't? No wonder their stock tanked. I've been a good customer for 25 years.

Beautiful looking chair
Just got this chair and I was impressed. It glides/swivels, it's comfy, it's pretty and reasonably priced as I got it on sale too! It is a five star chair for Target, only reason I gave it a four is because it is not certified clean without chemicals. It had zero smell which is great and overall a beautiful chair! I have the matching ottoman and it looks so good! I didn't have to iron the pleats thankfully!

My first purchase from Studio McGee
The box pleate chair is my first purchase from the Studio McGee collectiopn, I could not wait to receive it! I also purchased the matching ottomon. I received my delivery on time. The chair is much smaller than I anticipated. I also did not know that the chair rocks, it says glides in the description, it does both. The seating of the chair has a good depth to it, I like the color netural, and the aesthetics is very lovely. However, the ottomon is very light in weight, taller than the chair, and the fabric color does not match the chair fabric. I sat on the ottomon and it was like sitting on bricks. The box pleats are curled up on both pieces. I have tried to get them to look like the on line pictures but after speading a good portion of time so far they do not. I recieved the delivery today I'm not sure I'm going to keep the set.

Perfect Linen Rocking Chair
I wanted two stain resistant chairs that matched the more French county vibe I’m going for in our new house. These are perfect! Ignore the comments saying they aren’t comfy. No they are not lazy-boy chairs but I’ve ordered a bunch of chairs from target and actually find these to be perfectly firm and comfy. The material is a softer faux linen and a huge bonus is the seat and pillow cushion are removable. They are swivel/rocking chairs and my tall husband found that it made him lean back a bit too much so I’ll put a firmer pillow. My husband is 6’2” and found these to actually be a good size! Very wide too. Highly recommended!

Stiffest chair I have ever felt
So disappointed. None of the other reviews mention comfort so I didn't think it would be an issue. The chair looks great but the seat cushion is by far the hardest cushion I have ever felt. You don't sink in at all. The pillow is also very stiff so I have to remove it to sit comfortably but when I move it the back of the chair is too hallow. Perhaps I can replace both cushions. I feel like the makers of this chair never sat in this chair.

wonky box pleats
in the first image, chair on left is one I spent about 30 minutes trying to steam press the pleats down. Better but far from the pleats on the chair potrayed on the website and they are starting to get all weird again. Chair on right and other images show how they look in comparison and straight out of box. More like ruffles and i don't like it at all. If I can figure out how to return, I will!! BTW - they DO glide and swivel. Description says just have wooden feet. Wrong on wooden feet and box pleats. So much for trusting the McGee name.

Beautiful + BONUS surprise!
I am beyond happy with these chairs. Firstly, they are a beautiful design with both modern and traditional elements. LOVE the flirty box skirt. What came as a HUGE surprise is that the chair SWIVELS and GLIDES!! I do not see anywhere on the product details where it states this, but I couldn't be happier and consider it a major bonus! The skirt covers the swivel base completely, which is important to me. Before I found these chairs, I had been shopping around for chairs that were two-three times more expensive. I chose these chairs based on the style alone, but am thrilled with the apparent quality and function in addition. The fabric is very soft as well and does NOT seem cheap or flimsy in any way. I got the "cream" color which I will likely Scotchguard to protect from stains.
