[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a commercial-grade product I purchased for my home gym. Reviews on lesser quality options all pointed to them being too light-weight and flimsy. This is one study, hard-core workout bench.

It's a decent bench, nothing amazing. I don't care for the adjustable support bar. You have to be sure it sits/lays in the desired spot and be darn sure or it will roll out. Also the rubber end caps on the support bar, they fall off often so I had to buy some good glue to keep them on. I would not recommend this model.

The bench is easy to use and simple to adjust. The bench padding is comfortable and easy to wipe down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided on this model figuring it was suitable for my use. The instruction booklet(s) was pretty vague. I had to look at the instructions on Bowflex website, then I got the just of it. Once finished putting the pieces together, I tried it. The seat is sort of too firm, and the biggest negative.I have about it is I don't normally use something like this sitting straight up. It should have 1 more angle to slightly go back so I can do other exercises on it. I am not sure if the other model has that angle. That is my only con about this bench. I got this bench to replace my Marcy benches. Got this on sale so not bad deal. Oh and one final thing of putting it together, the flat seat, that had some difficulties, but ok.

Very easy assembly. But I'm most impressed with how sturdy and stable the bench is. Which says a lot given the stowage feature. Most benches that are 'stowable' aren't typically very sturdy. This is the exception!
