Bota Mini RedVolution Red Blend Wine - 500ml Box

I used to LOVE Revolution (and thought the name was pretty clever too). But like other reviewers have stated, lately the quality is just horrible . The color is off, it seems almost grainy, and the smell just screams out ‘don’t drink me’! I continued to take a gamble and when I would find that box that still tasted delicious, it gave me hope again . . Until I’d get another bad one. It’s happened too often now that I think I need to find something different.

This is my go to wine usually and I just bought one the other day and it tasted absolutely horrible and there is chunks of grapes that is through out the wine. I’ve never had that happen. I am very upset and disappointed of the quality of the box that I received.

I'm not sure why this happened. The first glass was terrible. I thought, what a mistake. The second glass was excellent (??), the way it is described in most of the reviews. So, did something go wrong when the wine nozzle was sealed? Maybe chlorine was used to sanitize the nozzle before the seal was added?

I bought a box this week. It tasted horrible! I lover red blend wines. Had to throw away. It tasted like a bottle opened a month before. I imagine! Wow never had a wine this bad. So sad!

Enjoyed RedVolution for years. At home and always bring a box on short trips. Lately we have noticed a change in taste and now have experienced a few boxes that were not even drinkable. Something’s changed.

I'M HOOKED! So glad to be back in a boxed wine ERA! I bought this over the Holidays and now it's the Spring. This is the only boxed wine I have purchased during that time period. Who needs a bottle anymore? Anyone who stops by home my is encouraged to try it and they love it! I have sent many a pic to my friends who are not close and told them the try as well. Thank you for a red blend that is full bodied without the fuss. RedVolution has a spot in my at home bar always.

I started with the mini bota, and it was a game changer, like a giant sample. I do not like dry wines, and this is not too sweet or dry - a perfect blend. And priced on point! I have not tried the others - kinda stuck on this one too much to care.

I had heard wonderful things about this wine and I do prefer reds so I decided to give it a try. The pricing of the box is great compared to other brands. The wine did have nice flavor, unfortunately it was a little too dry for me. Dry wines give me major heartburn. If not for the heartburn though, which I can control by drinking only one glass, this wine is one of my new favorites.

First, all of their wines are incredible. My all time fave is this RedVolution- it packs a bold red wine punch but also a slight sweetness, which I love during warm weather. I love the Bota Box flavors, but the redvolution is my favorite, it’s not too sweet and it’s not too dry, it’s a perfect balance of flavors, and I love how many glasses we can get out of a box, it’s a great value for the money.
