Pretty bookshelf, time consuming construction!

The bookshelf itself is really pretty and is exactly what we were wanting! I will say, you definitely need 2 people to build it, and it took about 2 hours (with the power drill). The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. You need a screwdriver, but we actually pivoted to our power drill and that made it 100x easier to put together. The majority of the screws you use feel like they don’t fit in their hole, but it’s meant to be that way for a secure fit. Overall, it was no different than building something from IKEA! We really love the bookshelf!

Don't do it... and if you do, don't expect Target to be reasonable or helpful.

This bookshelf had missing screws, holes not drilled where there were supposed to be holes and to top it off, I received a defective/wrong piece so I was not able to put the doors on at all. Contacted manufacturer like the instructions say to try and get the parts I needed, they said I had to go through Target. Target gave me 3 options: 1.return the built bookshelf to a store 2. Take it apart and ship it back 3. A $15 gift card for my “trouble”. Pathetic.
