Directions:
Chicken needs to be fully cooked.
Oven
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Arrange up to 12 frozen chicken tenderloins on rimmed baking pan (line with foil for easy cleanup). Season as desired.
3. Bake 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. (Bake thawed chicken 15 to 25 minutes.)

For food safety, bake to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer.
Appliances may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
To Thaw: Place in a rimmed baking dish and refrigerate 1 to 2 days.
For breading or marinating frozen chicken - Remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute."
