As someone who regularly engages in physically demanding activities in the backyard, finding a reliable and effective snack is essential. I decided to consume this protein shake as a mid-morning snack and I must say that it did not disappoint. The instructions on the package were easy to follow and I had no trouble dissolving the contents in 8 oz of water. Although the shake did not look particularly appetizing, I knew what to expect from a protein shake. What surprised me was the taste. The strawberry notes were bright and distinctive, not too overpowering, which made the experience enjoyable. After consuming the protein shake, I felt full and satisfied for at least an hour, which is impressive given the physical activity I was doing in the backyard. Although it's hard to say what the long-term effects of the product are from just two samples, I believe it would be an effective snack for regular consumption. Overall, I rate this product 4 out of 5 stars. It's not a gourmet product, but it certainly did the job for me. I appreciate the bright and distinctive taste and would definitely purchase this product in the future. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quick and easy snack to satisfy their hunger and support their physical activities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The directions said to mix with water. Bad idea. It had great potential but there was still a taste of “you know this is powder”. It would’ve worked so much better with Almond Milk or coconut water. Even mixed with frozen pineapples, strawberries and grapes would’ve been fantastic! I notice after I lift weights I’m always lightheaded afterwards. Not after this drink. It really wasn’t bad at all. Not gritty like most.

It also mixed well and easily. I would recommend them. My personal favorite was the strawberry but that's only because I love strawberry flavored food and drinks.
