I thought with his name on it would make a difference . Cooking eggs in the fry pan is horrendous. Everything sticks. I bought these to either not use oil or lightly oil. Forget about it. What a mess . I followed the directions on use to no avail. Cleaning is trying to scrape a baked on egg. Do not make anytime of scrambled, or omelet in these pans.

These pans are a joy to use. I love the ceramic finish, they are so easy to cook on and clean. However, I have only had them a few weeks, and have only used silicone spatulas and spoons with them, have felt like I have been extremely careful with them, and yet-I have two small chips in two of the pans. I do nest them in the cabinet, which may have been when the chips happened, but is nesting pans in a cabinet unreasonable use? I am disappointed this has happened. if you get them, buy something to protect the pans while storing them.

Two great pans in this pack. Good quality and I really like the cream color.

Fantastic; Christmas gift kitchen set for single son

This is a “1 pot” meal prep/cooking pan. Love the helper handle to pour. Clean up is a breeze.

We bought these on a recommendation to replace the pans we got 7 years ago for our wedding. We needed something durable and high-quality without breaking the bank. These pans do not disappoint! The food cooks evenly, the pans clean up so easily -- super impressed!

I discovered Greenpan at a friend's house. I was so amazed at how clean and easy it was to cook in. So, I ordered this stock pot to replace my stainless steel pot. It is wonderful, heats nicely, and so easy to clean.

Nonstick was great; nice and light to boot. I was so uptight about NOTHING metal or sharp in this pan and it still ended up chipped in less than a month. I’ll be throwing it out as I’m not interested in the chemicals underneath. Ugh

These pots and pans are the best I have ever had. They clean so easily and do not stick

I don't know how many non-stick pans I've gone through over the years. The coating always wears off. The only reason I tried this one is because it was promoted by Bobby Flay who I respect as a chef who's done it all and for a long time. Just melt some real butter, and eggs are a breeze. The lip is a little steeper than I'm used to, so there's going to be a learning curve with flipping.

These pans replace some very old pans. They are much better than I thought they would be. Easy to cook on, easy to clean, and they continue to look like new. Glad we bought them!

(Blue set) I bought the whole set on sale bc I love my GP pans and trust the brand and like other products w Bobby Flay’s name. This set is not the best, not for good quality cooking, k for everyday. Main issues: some don’t work on some of my induction ‘burners’, the ones that work are SLOW, and they cook differently (eggs are weird, less browning of food). They are great for simple everyday food, like fish and chicken, as they clean up really easily.
