it's nice to add to my fudge brownie recipe, with my flaxseed meal from the same brand, it's great for broth mixture as well as a thickener and fiber balance. to make a wheat free,or gluten free ruex this works well enough just experiment to taste with the texture of the ruex you would like.

I bought this to try a recipe using only coconut flout and unsweetened applesauce
I made the recipe and it was just okay. I decided to try other fruits, and discovered unsweetened raspberries made a lovely treat! Also very pretty; it would work for Valentine's Day. Put a little melted dark chocolate on top (I eat Trader Joe's 85% cacao bar) and I think I have a nice, healthy indulgence.
