I absolutely love this is cheaper then doing coffee or engery drinks and I have kids under five and this keeps me up and functioning with no crash like coffee so no irritation. Life saver. Not safe for diabetics
The peach mango spiked my blood sugar from 90’s to over 160!! I absolutely do not believe this is sugar free. The other flavors don’t do this, despite having the same amount of caffeine (which can affect blood sugar).

I think if I use my 40 oz. size it would taste good as well, because the flavor is pretty strong in 30 ounces. Start with half the pack
This energy pack tasted awesome, but please be careful if you have a caffeine sensitivity! I took one of these for the first time earlier today, and it was pretty good. Mind you I usually drink sugar free monsters and those I have no problem with, but this? I kept having bouts of feeling faint after drinking it and then it only kept getting worse throughout the day. I had heart palpitations and chest pain because of the caffeine and ended up having to leave work early because I thought I was going to pass out.
