About the Author

Andrew Monaghan is Director of AM Leadmark Research Ltd. He is a Global Fellow at the Wilson Center's Kennan Institute in Washington, D.C., a Senior Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute in London and a Senior Associate Fellow at the NATO Defense College in Rome.
