Nice straightforward appliance
Easy set up, compact, easy to clean, runs quietly and is lightweight. It’s a perfect unit for temporary use like keeping food hot at a buffet. But it cooks fine too. Fair price, good warranty. I give it an A.

Good fall back on when electric cooktop quits
I purchased this after several months dealing with very expensive electric cooktop that panel quit coming on. Had to order new one & took several weeks so this was a great fill in for me but wish it had 2 different size burners for the pots I like to use

How to clean?
No way to clean the burners - they are firmaly embedded in the unit.

Disappointed
I bought this unit in around August 2014 and now it's April 2015, the left burner light goes on, but the burner stays cold as ice. I am hoping Black & Decker will stay true to their 2 Year Warranty.

Not worth the money
We use it quit regular and it does not hold up to use. The left burner has burned out on us already in less than a year.
