Glass shattered while cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Left door shattered/exploded the first time using it. Thankfully no one was standing in front of it when hot glass and the door handle scattered across the kitchen floor.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
I thought the double doors would be better, but they're awkward to get things in and out and despite reading all the instructions, I can't get it to Preheat correctly! And the oven is so hot that when you try to cancel it's too hot for your finger to touch! I have to unplug the whole thing. The baking try got immediately borwn and I can't get it clean AND can't find any replacemnt tray. Really disappointed in Black and Decker!

Takes very long to toast bread
I just bought this two days ago and am disappointed at the performance as I tried to toast two pieces of bread and it took 4 mins 20 seconds! I've had toasters from 15 years ago that were faster. We then tried to toast a single bagel cut in half and it also took 3mins and 40 seconds. Both we had to toast twice to even get them brown.

Shattering front door
Very disappointed, I was very excited to used this over for a long time. I used it 3 times and the glass shattered during preheating cycle, it was only set at 375 F.

Power cord too short....
Just got this and the electrical cord is too short. Will have to use an extension cord for less than 6 inches. Also would be nice if it had an interior light. Will update after a month or so of usage.

Great but please be cautious
Product looks great! But please be aware that the oven may not be insulted or grounded properly. I got an electric current when I was taking out a tray and touched my sink. I think that completed a circuit between the oven, myself, and the sink. Maybe it was just my oven that’s defective but I will be returning it.

Have not used the thing yet! just got it today about 4hrs ago...........Review later after I used.it. New update on this product---- received it and used it only once. Worked fine and am looking forward to using it more.

Optimistic about use
Purchased because of the multiple uses after using basic Black and Decker toaster ovens for years. However, when opening box, I noted doors are hanging slightly askew. Time will tell if this will affect use. Also, for a larger overall unit, interior space runs less than older countertop models.

I went through the manual and it told me nothing. So I guess they last until the warranty is over so that people have to buy new ones. Thank you for costing me money

Not the Black and Decker Quality I Expected
This Air Fryer/Toaster Oven was a Christmas present from my sister. I didn’t have the heart to tell her that after opening the French doors a few times, it should have been returned. The doors immediately got sticky and misaligned and I believe that because they don’t close properly, food doesn’t cook properly.

Great for air frying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product on 12/20/24 and have used it like 5 times already. I have only used it for frozen products and its quicker than my oven! I don’t know if I will use it for fresh meat right now but my frozen chicken and pizza is right on point. I have no issues with the fan, the door closing, no damage, it could have been with the mail carrier dropping it on my porch. For only a week of having, I’m happy with it and probably will continue to be

Good quality and good size air fryer toast oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with this air fryer toast oven. I air fryered salmon and zucchini and yellow squash for ten minutes. The salmon came out crispy and the veggies were good, too. I air fryered some shrimps for 5 minutes and they tasted good and tender. I reheated some fried chicken I had bought from a store. The reheated fried chicken was crispy outside and tender inside.

Gorgeous, great size & easy-to-use functions.
Have had for a couple weeks, and already deem it as the best ever (and I’ve had several over the years). Nice size while still considered compact. Multi-functions intuitive to use & easy to change defaults. And…an absolutely beautiful unit.
