Description
Mix, whisk, and knead with the BLACK+DECKER Versatile 5-Speed Hand Mixer. This set includes two professional-style beaters, two dough hooks, and one chef�s whisk; allowing you to quickly create cake and cookie batters, bread doughs, spreads and dips, homemade whipped cream, or whipped egg whites for a tasty meringue. The 250-watt motor runs at five speeds, including a more controlled starting speed that helps reduce spatters. Plus, a special turbo boost increases the mixer to maximum speed to combine thick ingredients in no time. All accessories are stored conveniently in the smartly designed storage case, which uses the mixer itself as the snap-on cover. Cleanup is a breeze with the auto-eject button that quickly disconnects the dishwasher-safe mixing tools. Plus, you can further prevent messes with the bowl rest, which allows the mixer to sit upright on the edge of the bowl.

Attachment problem
Using my Daughter in laws hand mixer, never had a problem until trying to use the bread/dough beater attachments. They won’t stay in the mixer! Read the directions to make sure I was following them correctly and still no luck so what’s up with this? Regular mixing beaters stay in!?

Great selling point!
I just bought this mixer today and haven't used it yet. Already I like it because of the snap-on case for storing the various beaters and whisk. Can't wait to put it to use!

Beaters do not stay in mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the first one due to the beater attachment coming loose and bending. This one explained the issue with the first- only one of the two beaters actually hold in the mixer. Regardless of which beater put in which hole, the left beater does not clamp onto the beater. Thus when started, it pops out and the one held bends the other. I caught it before the second beater was bent. This happens without pushing in the eject button. I threw the first away- this one is going back to the store.

Black & Decker sets higher standards again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The usual Blackb& Decker excellence. Ergo friendly and I love all the attachments I didn't get with other handheld blenders. I use the dough attachment on my oil separated organic peanut butter - awesome especially with the Turbo button. Fun and efficient I find other things to blend just bc I love the ease and results.

Powerful hand mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixer comes with a neat plastic case attachment for easy storage of the mixer and accessories. The metal whisk/beater accessories seem well made. The mixer itself isn't light but not heavy either, I can see it getting heavy after prolonged use, but it is made of sturdy plastic. It's also surprisingly powerful at top speed. It's a bit loud but it's definitely a strong spin

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the BLACK+DECKER 5 Speed hand mixer in black and it's super easy to use. Comes with a couple of attachments and has a little storage container that the mixer fits into also. It's not very noisy. The only downfall I have with this is having to pull the attachments out instead of pressing a button and it kinda releases.

Great hand mixer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love baking but my hands aren't quite what they used to be. I find myself needing to use a hand mixer much more often when baking and this mixer fits the job perfectly. It is powerful and has 5 different speeds including a turbo button. I did have to press really hard to get the beaters in but that's a minor inconvenience. It comes with 2 beaters, 2 dough hooks, and a whisk. I haven't used the dough hooks yet but the beaters and the whisk work wonderful. I love the snap on case. It holds all the beaters so I don't lose them and i keep it on the counter to get to it easily. Overall, I love this hand mixer. It does everything I need it to and then some. Highly recommend!

Great versatile mixing power!

Easy to use and easy to keep up with the attachments. Many speed options also that are perfect for every level of mixing. I would definitely recommend this product.

Good, but not perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: the different speeds is good. Some of the difference between a 1 & 3 is mix on the walls because it is so much faster. This has good increase in each level. Con: it doesn’t stand up on its own because the end is at an angle. It works great resting against a bowl but it should stand on its own. It also struggles with heavier dough, but I guess that’s what we have a stand mixer for.

Feels like a garage tool!

Solid hand mixer!

The attachments are everything you need to make a load of dishes, from whisking to working with dough. They are also fairly easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Overall a good hand mixer!

Handy Kitchen Helper

It has a nice assortment of attachments and a case that holds them all so they are conveniently in one place. It has multiple speeds which is a hug plus and is easy to clean. Great appliance

It's got a lot of power on that small motor and gets right down to the last dry ingredient leaving no need to stir. It's pretty quiet compared to my old one and fits comfortably iny hand.
