A: Technically, yes, you could pull wipes straight from the refill pack. But they’re not resealable, which means they’ll dry out fast. The dispenser is what makes Biom work: keeps wipes fresh, pulls one wipe at a time and looks chic on your counter.

Q: Am I loading these wrong? Every wipe I pull out breaks off from the next. I used the outside of the roll to stsrt dispensing. Should I be loading from the inner part?

Love these
They smell amazing to me, I could see it not being everyone’s cup of tea but to me smells so good, not overpowering, I’m sensitive to scents giving me headaches and this does not. I wanted to try it out for one refill first and finished that and just bought 3 more. I love the dispenser it looks so nice and works well, I kept the wipes in the bag and just opened the top and they stayed moist and was able to use them all without them drying out, and I don’t have kids or anything so I wasn’t using them super quick either. I also buy Honest alcohol wipes and those sometimes dry out. The wipes are strong and I haven’t had a problem with them tearing, the top bit of the wipe does oxidize yellow when poking out but I have not noticed it leaving color on the furniture that I use them on and my furniture is all white. I love having wipes for both wiping my hands and cleaning and they are not only nontoxic but also compostable. My only complaint is they are rather expensive and initially need to buy a dispenser as well, if they weren’t so much I’d love to have them for my car and office, too.

These all-purpose cleaning wipes are great. They have a nice texture to help clean surfaces from dried messes, and the amount of liquid and scent is perfect. I love that these are home-compostable, so I feel like I'm generating less waste when cleaning with wipes.
