I originally bought a different brand, and my dad talked me into this one. It does a great job, I just wish you could adjust the nozzles (why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). I looked throughout the user manual, and there is no mention of being able to adjust. I have to move to have it hit the right spot, to get clean, so it’d be nice to adjust.

As someone who regularly experiences raw and irritated skin due to intestinal and yeast imbalances, it is so nice to have an alternative to toilet paper. We've had this bidet seat for about a month now. Over all, it is great, and I'm happy with the purchase. It has excellent features for the price point. The water pressure is intense! You're probably here to learn about the cons though, so here they are. In hindsight, I wish we had chosen one with a remote control. The buttons are on the sides and impossible to see while sitting, so we have to keep the laminated instructions tacked to the bathroom wall in order to remember how to activate the functions. The air dryer has very little drying power, especially since the spraying power of the water is so strong. I end up using toilet paper to dry myself every time. I also wish there was a nightlight setting that activates the light only at night. The options are either on all the time or off all the time, which wastes electricity. You also have to refer to the online PDF manual to find out how to change the light settings. That info is mysteriously missing from the laminated sheet and the printed manual that comes in the box.

Bidets are amazing. This bidet eliminates stank. It cleans and dries. It has functions that are conducive to good health. The seat can be heated as well as the water. Both are adjustable.

I've been using the Bio Bidet BB-550 for a bit now, and overall, I'm really happy with it. It has all the essentials I was looking for—adjustable water pressure and temperature, front and rear wash, a heated seat, and a warm air dryer. It’s super comfortable and feels like a real upgrade from a regular toilet seat. Installation was pretty straightforward, though the power cord could’ve been a bit longer. I also noticed there's no self-cleaning nozzle or remote control, which would’ve been nice, but the side panel is easy enough to use. It’s not the most high-end model out there, but for the price, it’s a great value and does everything I need it to. Perfect if you’re new to bidets or want something reliable without going overboard.

Generally, I love it with a few reservations. There should be a way to turn off the annoying beep when you sit on the seat. The seat will often not easily stay in the upright position. Other than those two issues, the functions including light , cleansing, water temp and fan are all good. Great value overall

I got this model because my last biobidet's (Slim One) water pump died after 3 years so I thought I would opt for a pumpless model. First I will say that I do really like how small the bidet's profile is. Fits perfectly on my elongated seat and relatively oversized toilet tank. Looks elegant, and the soft white night light and light around the circle button is easy on the eyes. As for the actual bidet function, there is no option to adjust the position of the bidet nozzle - which I knew going in. Still, the stream of water is a lot wider than the narrow beam that came out of my Slim One. The dial to adjust the pressure of the water honestly does not seem to have much of an effect at all, but thankfully the pressure is not too harsh and does the job properly. Big plus though is that the water heater is very effective at maintaining the desired temperature. As for the heated seat, it's honestly a little too warm at its lowest setting, but it is also currently summer. Lastly, the air dryer has a plastic-y odor that will hopefully fade with use, but I feel like does take a while to dry regardless of temperature set. This is my first bidet with a dryer though. All in all, I will keep this model for its life (which without all of the bulky extra parts of a more complex bidet will hopefully be a long while) and make due with the good and not so good. In the future, I would probably recommend a different model but still BioBidet.

Cone washer was referenced in parts list and install, but the Bidet Hose washer wasn’t listed in the parts list or instructions. Had to Google instructions to turn off beep when sitting. Once installed, it works great. Easy to use and discreet.
