These are essential for digestion and to REDUCE bloating. Love that I got for these for free instead of buying more. I’m a mom of 3 & these def keep my belly flatter.

They got me back to my regular self quickly and effectively with no side effects. I take two capsules (as directed) daily. I would definitely recommend this product.
