They do have a lot of vitamins in them such as b12 and vitamin D3 so I'm that manner those are vitamins I need to take and recently prescribed. However I had to stop taking these because Most of the vitamins are already in my hydration drink as well as I am taking supplements due to my health. Realtor than taking a repeat dose and to not over do it. I no longer will take these.

This product helps with that, and I also feel like it is easier to couch up that yuck rather than go without it. I was interested in using this because I have had a chronic cough for over 20 years and over 30 doctors still can’t give me a diagnosis nor can they find anything that gives me relief. This supplement has several ingredients in it that I’ve been researching. While it didn’t eliminate my cough (I didn’t have any expectations considering my history), I genuinely noticed a decrease in both frequency and severity of my cough. After a decade of smoking THC and having quit over a year ago, I still felt I needed some sort of cleanse and this does just that! I feel like it contributed to help me even breath better. Only downside is the capsule itself is pretty big if you’re not a big pill drinker this might suck. It’s just about as big as a prenatal pill. Other than that, definitely worth a try!
