Why the change in product?
Best Foods Real Mayo has been my favorite for decades. Then that weird greyish color happened about 3 years ago. And now the consistency/viscosity is off. My potato salad becomes watery instead of creamy after 1 day.

I only use Best Food in all recipes, on sandwiches etc. Last night’s dinner was baked salmon. I use Best Foods mayo, fresh lemon juice and 23 seasoning mix , stir and about 1” thick on salmon fillets, then bake.Amazing restaurant quality, all great ingredients and the mayonnaise keeps the salmon so moist!

The best says it all in the name
My family always uses this mayonnaise. The flavor is good on sandwiches or foods that ask for mayonnaise like potato salad or spinich dip snd even to rub on a turkey to keep it moist. The white color shows how pure. Not any acidity so it never causes heartburn. Comes in a bottle or squeeze bottle.

Real doesn’t mean Original
Soybean oil is NOW the first ingredient listed! I’ve always loved this mayonnaise was always confident in purchasing it BUT Noticed big change last couple jars It kept sliding and dripping off my knife. The texture all wrong and tasted like a generic mayonnaise. Finally looked at ingredients. I try to avoid soybean anything!

I have noticed a difference for a long time. It used to be frothy and so good. But now it doesn’t taste any better than the bargain brands. Take it back to the original recipe. Sell it and advertise it as the original recipe and I would pay more for it.

I have chosen Best Foods my entire adult life. It was truly the BEST! The last 2 bottles I purchased didn't taste the same. So I switched to another brand.I truly hope that you return to the classic Best Foods taste so that I can return to the BEST!

Tastes Gross
Something changed recently. I have been using Best Foods mayonnaise for as long as I can remember (when they were still in glass jars) and it'sthe only brand we would purchase. The flavor is off and tastes almost rancid. The texture used to be fluffy Airy and now it's just oily looking. I'm so disappointed.

lid is to big for jar
the regular size plastic jar. I went to open it and the lid pulled right off when I turned it the ring only halfway broke off from the lid and came right off the top not safe to eat you need to improve the lids. they're too big for the jar.

I guess don't have it shipped.
I had this shipped to me and because I didn't need it immediately, I put it in my pantry for about a month. when I took it out it twisted open easily because the seal was broken. if there had ever been a foil seal over the bottle that was also gone.

Mayo Is Great, Squeeze Bottle Needs Resuscitation
A squeeze bottle is a good idea, but this one needs some remedial work - it is a fight to get the bottle to return to its intended shape after squeezing which is necessary in order to squeeze it again the next time. I use enough mayo that decanting the large jars into 2 smaller jars and keeping one in the family room and one in the kitchen works best for me. If a consumer makes just sandwiches, the squeeze bottle would be great. Perhaps it might work better if there was a softer area to squeeze and a rigid area to keep the jar’s shape? Thank you for a mayo I’ve used all my life (80 years and counting).
