A: Hello Suzieq, these micro LED are non-replaceable. There maybe some on the market, however BCP hardwires these bulbs into the wring. Nevertheless, being LED, these bulbs should last many....many years/seasons. Thank you.

Q: How do we fix the tree when bottom half lights work and the entire top lights do not. Right of the box the lights were defective.

A: Hello, lights are wired in series, meaning if one bulb burns out, other lights will remain lit. However, if bulb socket/s are loose, entire strand will not light. Trouble-shooting will require pushing firmly down on all bulb sockets checking for loose or broken bulbs that will cause short circuits, resulting all lights to fail on that stand. Thank you.

I paid $150 including taxes on sale and could not be more happy. Lots of warm twinkling lights. Two different needle types, absolutely beautiful. Some branches (needles) are flattened from being boxed but otherwise great.

Beautiful
It's a beautiful tree with a lovely shape and needle look. I wasn't so sure about the different needle types at first, but I don't even notice them and love the look. The white lights are a mix of warm-cool, sometimes they look more cool, sometimes warmer. The color lights are nice and bright. We did notice that the blue and green lights on our tree seem to dominate a little, but it's not a big deal. The very top limb is not very strong for our star, so you might have to reinforce a heavier topper. I love the pinecones, which are attached with wire. I think they make the tree look more realistic. One thing you must do upon taking the tree out of the box is to fluff the branches. I think there was another review on here that said it was not as pictured, but I looked at the attached picture, and they clearly didn’t adjust and fluff the branches. It’s so easy to connect the 3 parts, just stack them on top of each other. My family is very pleased.

Best artificial tree
Took this tree out of the box and had it together in no time. Fluffed layers as we went, took our time. I was concerned about”mini lights” but it’s gorgeous! All these lights are amazing! There are some gaps but I guess I could work on that. But the light options had us giggling like little kids, from white to warm to colors, then fading or twinkling, it’s crazy!! We love this tree!
