It was a absolute nightmare to assemble. Which it should of been easy but to start off the holes were to small for bolts. Drilled then a little bigger then to only find out the holes do not like up I had to slot both of the legs holes to get them to line up what a joke

This is the futon assembled. Missing the two pillows on the cushions and missing the middle panel that comes down with the drink cups. Spoke to a service representative believing we didn't receive a second box with these pieces as the box the futon came in wouldn't have been able to fit these pieces. The rep, although very nice, couldn't find a second shipment, wasn't even sure if there was a second box, Target didn't have the pieces to ship to us and couldn't guarantee a new order for the futon would have all the pieces as these shipments comes from their Best Choice (what a laugh) store. As the piece was assembled and I wouldn't disassemble it, we now have to schlepp this piece of garbage to a Target store to request a refund and have them take this thing out of our SUV.

Futon is smaller than pictured, after I put it together I was disappointed. It is not cushioned enough, it feels hard when you sit on it and it is fragile if you’re not careful. My kids were trying to put upright to sit and it broke.

Good little couch
Easy to assemble, shipped quickly. It's not the most cushiony couch, but it is comfortable to sit on and does accommodate two people. Converting to a bed is insanely easy. There's only one draw back which is there's a bit of a bulge in the middle that can be uncomortable if you're laying on it, but if you just rearrange yourself to the other side of the couch it won't be under you. Fine little couch I have to say!

It came with a screw broken off where the attaching thing is for the cup holder so we had to find a similar screw to force screw it in. There was also a hole on the bottom but no one is gonna see that so not too big of a deal. That could have happened during the delivery. Otherwise, it’s really comfortable and firm, I put a blanket over mine to make it more comfy and so my cats and dog don’t scratch it up. For $260 it is totally worth it!
