This was missing the top pole to connect the head and upper body so I could not put it together. The legs looked uneven due to the bands attached differently on each leg. Very disappointed since otherwise it would have looked great. easy directions

Wow, this product is a mess! Yes it looks cute, but the quality is terrible and it's really hard to install. As others have said, you really have to manipulate the structure to get it to fit, all the while the fabric is tearing. For the price I expect better quality. Also we ordered two and one had bad wiring and would not light up. Plus we had the same issues with the boots not lining up. Overall, a complete mess!

I had a few problems while putting this guy together: - everything is incredibly tight. I had to pull/push with all my might to get things to align and connect. I could hear the fabric tearing - zip ties provided were not large/long enough -There is a post in each foot that is supposed to insert into a hollow cylinder on the base. A hole is cut in the fabric covering the base to allow the cylinder to receive the post. Since everything is tight it’s incredibly difficult to align the post and cylinder and the process creates a bigger hole in the fabric covering the base. I also noted issues in workmanship and quality: - The braided rope on the hat is neat on one side and messy on the other - the star on the front of the hat is crooked - the hair on one side is glued down while the hair on the other side is not glued at all and is even loose along the top where it meets the hat - the mustache is not glued down consistently on either side - the gold stripes on the chest do not align with the belt buckle - the diamonds on the base are not in alignment with one another I’m so disappointed in this. The idea is cute, but the design and workmanship leave much to be desired. Attention to detail was not a priority in the making of this nutcracker. I really wanted to love it, but I just can’t. Sure, I could buy longer zip ties and get out my glue gun to fix some of the rest, but should I have to? Doesn’t make sense to spend more money to correct a product I’ve already spent $100 on and expected to be good right out of the box. I doubt this would last longer than one season since damage during assembly is inevitable.

Very cute and I like how small it folds down, but the quality is not great. There was lots of glue residue that needed to be removed and some of the detailing needs to be glued again because it is coming off. The biggest issue is with the detailing on the legs. You will see in my pictures that they are not at the same height. Very disappointing.

I love it! I would have given it a 5, but it has a slight lean and if you look at the pants they are a bit off also, which could be the blame for it all. I was thinking of bending the bar slightly to help with that but don’t want to break anything. Overall it’s a great price for the item. I’ve gotten compliments. People seem to love it and I’d purchase it again! It’s adorable!
