Breaks quickly and Support doesn’t respond

It was great at first, but within three weeks one of the controllers don’t work so now it just goes in circles. I’ve emailed Support over two weeks ago was still no response.

Swindled on Christmas

DONT BUY was defective couldn’t exchange and the price was raised so the money I got back wasn’t enough to buy a new one. Was told in store to do a gift card so it would be easier to price match with customer service. Spoiler they don’t price match so I’m now stuck with a gift card to a store the has now ruined my kids Christmas instead of the item I ordered or the money I spent on it. Unless you want this headache please stay away from this item and Target in general

Big disappointment

My toddler son got this for Christmas, used it very lightly and after 4 months one of the joysticks stopped working completely. It will spin but not move forward or back so pretty much useless. Called the manufacturer they said I have to work through Target. Called Target and they said it was outside of the 90 day return and that there there was no warranty on this product. Way too much money to break after so few uses and nothing offered to rectify the situation.

Can not get replacement parts!!!

My son received as a gift. He was a bit too small for it. We stored in box, pulled out yesterday to notice one of the joysticks were broken off. Not even in box. Again, this was NEW. Never used. Spoke with customer service, trying to BUY a replacement joystick. You can not buy replacement parts. Very disappointing.

Bought for grandkids

(Parents) these things have rubber wheels so they don’t damage floors and bumpers around them so it doesn’t break glass and other delicate items.
