Came cracked

Upon opening the package, the base was cracked in two pieces. It is some sort of composite material, not metal. I complained to Target, and they gave me a refund.

Dont do it!

This item was delivered to my door broken! Its a 55lbs item and very poorly packaged. Im surprised they would think this would get to the destination intact. Worst part is that I contacted Target and since this item is from a third party company and not a Target item, they can’t do much. I have to carry this heavy box to an ups to return. Please dont buy this and save yourself a headache!

Needs better shipping packaging

The product itself is awesome but packaging for shipment needs to be improved. The shipping container was dropped and this product, made on concrete, broke into two pieces.

Heavy! Tricky to tip a 55lb base up in order guide the screw from the bottom center to the top. Otherwise goes together fine, hold the umbrella well.

Heavy and attractive, good materials

This is a nice looking and heavyweight umbrella stand. The design raises the height of the umbrella several inches, which makes the table attachment I have a bit high but I am tall so no problem.
