Perfect easy to ensamble love it

This product was great once put together. The issue was, the instructions were melted together. Almost like they got wet then dried, but weren’t readable. My husband had to try and find it online, which he couldn’t. So he tried his best to put it together. On top of that, the bag with the rocks in it burst, and they were all over the inside of the box. BUT, he said it puts out good heat once together.

So it says in the instruction manual its a one person job. It can be, but its much easier with two. I set the pit up and have a few small parts left over including one AA battery. Can't figure out where the battery goes and no where in the manual does it talk about a battery. The pit wont start, but I can clearly hear the propane coming out. I go the help website listed in the manual, but that website is no longer operational. I do a live chat and learn there is a new self help website! Then the represenative asks if I put in the battery correctly. I told him a received a battery but the manual makes no mention of it. He tells me its part of the ignitor and how to install it. He tells me page 10 in the manual explains it all...but I don't have a page 10 in my manual!!! I had an old manual with missing pages and a help website thats no longer in extistance. It was frustrating, but in the end everything was figured out

Not impressed. I’ve had this for a year and always covered except for maybe 2 weeks tops. I took cover off and it’s rusting already. I live in Fl so no harsh weather hitting it. It’s also taller than expected. Would not buy again

Love this fire pit and it matches the sectional set purchased. High enough to sit around to eat or relax by. Cover holds up to the rain and wind storms quite well.

I was expecting something a little more substantial, but all in all it’s okay. My problem is that it arrived with dents in the body, one is pretty noticeable. We’ll try to straighten it out ourselves, but I expect better.

It is nice haven’t lit it yet but it said it was brown and it’s black I want my stuff to match

Had a few issues keeping it lit until I figured out what the problem was. I read some reviews that had the same issues. Not staying lit and if you touched the unit it went out. Well, just go and make sure the Thermal-couple is tight. It’s the copper line coming off of the back of the gas control knob.

Very nice piece. Looks great on our deck. Easy assembly. Cover was a bonus.

After assembly, I was so excited to have friends over and sit by fire. It only lit once and it took forever. Tried today and won't light. Very dissatisfied. After reading reviews albeit too late, this problem isn't new. going to return it.
