Not potent enough
When taking the recommended dosage it does not lower my blood sugar sufficiently. I have tried other brands with more Berberine that lowers my blood sugar.

GOOD RESULTS

I've reduced my one doctor prescribed medication dosage by 50%, and yet my latest A1c blood sugar levels continue to improve. I definitely will keep using this supplement daily.

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a nurse and I’ve been talking this supplement for almost a year and my bloodwork tests I have every 6 months are amazing all my numbers are normal. I struggle with high cholesterol levels including high LDL and triglycerides. They are below the normal range. I haven’t lost a lot a of weight but I’m working on it. Thank you for providing this product. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Berberine for weight management
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking Berberine for about a year now. I initially lost about 10 pounds, and have lost a few more over the last several months, but more importantly I haven’t regained any weight. It gives me a sense of fullness when taking before my meals, so I eat a little less. I keep it table side so I remember to take it with me meals. This, along with moderate exercise is keeping me a little healthier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have read articles stating that berberine is better for weight loss than metformin. I have been on metformin for PCOS and I can say, metformin was better when I was in my late 20s not having any hormonal issues. I have been able to maintain my weight without changing my diet and exercise. It's not the weight that I want, (5'6, 147), but I am also not giving up carbs. Being honest about it all helps you, the personal looking at reviews. I am now 46, a mother of 3, do not drink, take gummies, loves food a little too much, exercises (mild cardio and weight lifting) 4 to 5 days a week, walks a mile everyday, had a hysterectomy 3 yrs ago, have had thyroid issues, and still anemic. Hopefully this review helps with you decision. Allow for at least 60 to 90 days to see real results.
