Hate reviews when you just bought the product

Don't you despise companies who try and force you to give a review when all you are trying to do is register the warranty? Especially for something like sheets, where they need to be washed before use. A follow up email 2 weeks later with the warranty confirmation would make more sense.

Poor return policy

I bought a set of Hyper-cotton sheets. No where on the package does it say that it fits a 17 inch mattress. Bottom sheet is way to large. I have a set of Dri-tech that fits fine so I figured these would also fit. I called Customer service to find out they have no return policy on a sheet that was taken out of the package. I had bought a 2nd set of sheets that are unopened, you can rest assure they will be returned. But, I get to pay postage. Buyer beware make sure you know what your buying.
