Waited for so long...
to purchase this doll. I loved how she looks in the picture so finally took the plunge. She is very cute and her clothes are lovely HOWEVER, the Mattel staff ruined her hair in the packing process. They pinned down her ponytail with a plastic shield and made it impossible to remove her from the box without disturbing her hairstyle. Now I have a doll whose hair is mused, which could have been entirely avoided with some simple care. Not ok.

Beautiful Doll
I bought this doll recently because her skin tone, hair, face and body type were so lovely! I'm very happy with my purchase but do wish her shoes and overall outfit were better quality. The plastic jacket is so stiff and cheap looking. And the dress fabric doesn't look "fashionable" it just looks tacky. Shoes are not super detailed and cheap looking plastic. I will hopefully redress her in another outfit that may fit. But the doll herself is perfection.

This is my favorite barbie, love that she is made to move, curvy, and a beautiful sculpted face. Now if Mattel would make lighter skinned curvy or even petite made to move, or even a step forward with a slightly curvy petite. Skipper, Stacey, and Chelsea could join the articulation lines, I know there are a few with some articulation, but still waiting for more.

Fierce, curvy, and gorgeous!
Play line quality done right! Facial screening is very nice. Love the deep plum lips. Silky hair. The dark skin tone Made To move body is a must have for collectors who like to pose their dolls. Suitable for play, nice enough to display. The fashion isn’t exciting, but the boots are nice. Packaging is a neat shoebox style. No window. Environmentally friendlier than most toys packaging. Body joints are tight at first. Don’t be afraid to push both joints of the elbow to bend. A nice doll whether you’re a kid or not! Comes with a neat doll stand too.
