I had to sign for the package. Didn't know it was sold from another vendor but that's on me, I should have read it better.

Disapointed a damaged prduct was sent
We received the item and the shipping box was not damaged. When I opened the shipping box the box of cards was packaged well but was damaged. Very disappointed that the store would send damaged product. I would not buy from this vendor again.

Dont buy TCG at Target
Do not buy TCG from Target if you care about the item arriving to you intact/undamaged. Purchased this and received it later than expected date. I was alright with that but upon receipt the shipping box was dented. When I opened to review the product I bought I noticed multiple damage to the product original package (booster box). I try to contact the third party seller and I am ushered online to a generic return policy that Target would take of hassle free. I take it to target in store to show them the product I received (unopened/still sealed). I informed them it was a present for someone who is a collector and that I cannot in good faith give them a present with a damage box where the cards could also be compromised. I was immediately informed they can not take it back. Because of the blanket TCG no refund policy because Target cannot get their stuff together and adequately deal with resellers/scalpers. I told them I understand but this is a different situation. I was reassured they could do nothing but I should contact Target customer service. I went through that charade and then was informed it does not meet excessive damage and basically several sentences that I am out of luck and other generic response that reiterates they just don't care. I have purchased well more than TCG from Target for decades, this is the final straw. They will be losing my business and anyone else I can reach and influence through all media/personal communications. Not just because of this but their multiple failures for these items and the other debacles the past several years. As for the third party seller. To ship a collectible without bubble wrap in the flimsiest box is a back hand to the industry. I wouldn't be surprised if shops just openly sell damaged product on Target knowing that the buyer would not be able to return/refund.
