baggallini Women's Calais Crossbody Bag

I must have looked at 50 different bags before choosing this bag: it’s small(ish), has RFDI protection, there are plenty of internal pockets and zippers, and it provides a convenient and deep outer phone pocket with a magnet closure. The gold hardware gives the black fabric an elegant look.

I bought this bag a year ago and it is my favorite Baggallini bag but the latch broke. I have wanted another but I’m hesitant to buy it again since I’m not sure if it will hold up again.

I just purchased this bag in the Midnight Blossom Print and I love it! It’s light weight, easy to organize and comfortable to carry. I wanted the same style into carry during the warm months so I ordered the bag in Shimmer Blush. The color is actually more of a muddy taupe. Disappointed, it will be returned.

I was looking for something big enough to carry things like a brush, cell phone, kindle, and wallet. This is the perfect size purse for that. One big compartment for all my hair needs, and/or kindle. Another smaller area for wallet and clip-on sunglasses. Separate zipper front section for business cards or credit cards, with more inside zipper sections for change or small items. Cell phone pocket at the back. The strap is durable and easily adjustable from should strap to cross-body strap. In reading previous reviews I noted that some have had trouble with the spin clip in the front not holding, but it really doesn't matter as there is a zipper holding that compartment closed. I am very glad that I made this purchase. This is now my go-to purse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Calais bag. I was forced to downsize after shoulder surgery and was skeptical at first whether this bag would work but with the built in wallet I find it meets all my needs.

I own this bag in portobello shimmer. It's a great color--goes with everything. I love the size of this bag. It's small, but plenty big enough to hold essentials like my phone and a large eyeglass case. And all the hidden pockets are so handy. This is my everyday go-to bag. You can't go wrong with this one!

This bag is amazing. I have back and neck issues and struggle with purses. This is a pretty purse I can wear around my waist. I do nit need to worry about someone getting to it in a shopping cart It allows my hands to be free so I do not set it down. It has a wallet incorporated in it so less weight, and large enough to carry everything I need. It is pretty and even wipeable. Perfect in every way. I hope to be able to acquire more of these over time. You would never be sorry getting this purse.

Too many extras. Flap not needed on front as it has a zipper over the wallet portion already. Might recommend if a person needs more places to put stuff. There were just too many and TOO deep of pockets everywhere. In 12/2012 I purchased the original everyday bag and the only reason I was looking for a new one was the zipper on the wallet section is wearing out. About 6 years ago I bought the "new" everyday bag, but it was about 1 inch shorter, and my job requires me to carry a second phone and it was a tight fit for 2 phones, reading glasses, and other daily stuff. I still use it occasionally. the quality of these bags is incredible and there are great selections. So glad the "original" everyday is back (and can get it without electric purple on it).
