    Grew mold instead of strawberries

    Grew mold instead of strawberries. Itty bitty sprouts grew out of the moldy soil and we waited several weeks but they never grew past like 1/4". The kids were really disappointed.

    No Seedlings

    Did not grow. Tried multiple years. I used these seeds a for my garden as well and they just don’t germinate. Their soil mold fairly quickly as well.

    My kid really liked doing this grown kit. I just wish that the instructions were a little better. You have to keep this moist at all times if you want the seeds to germinate. I bought these small greenhouses to put the plant in and that’s when the seeds FINALLY started to grow. I also have them under grow lights but this grows SO SLOW! It’s been over 30 days and while it is growing, it has probably another month before it can even be planted in a pot.

    Didn't Grow & No Refund Without Mailing Back?

    It never grew! I bought this for our 4 year old in February. Planted the first week of March and it’s now May and we still have not even a single sprout. The worst part? I can’t get a refund unless I “mail it back”? How am I to mail back a cup of dirt? They clearly did not think this idea through haha.

    Box came empty

The package is laid out to be minimalist (and environmentally friendly). There’s lots of activities to keep kids interested while the strawberries grow. There’s lots of guides you can pull up on your phone and little facts printed along the packaging. I can see this activity working well in schools, daycares, home schooling, etc.

    Best way for kids to learn how to grow food

This is perfect for kids who want to learn how to grow their own food or just simply love growing plants. My daughter was super excited! Everything in this plant kit was very easy to set up. We've had this strawberry plant for over a month and now we are starting to see a little something growing. I can't wait to see how it looks six months from now. According to the box, there's a website where anyone can purchase more plant kits. I will definitely be looking more into that.

    Fun, but not perfect

    Great way to learn patience

    Inexpensive Super Cool Activity for Kids to Enjoy!

Instructions seem easy to follow. It’s been cold and gloomy where we are so we’re hoping that we have warmer and sunnier days ahead for this. We plan on starting this off in our home and transferring it out to our backyard. We’re really excited about this and will probably pick up a couple kits on our own and have multiple sets and see which one of our plants has the best results. Really excited about this!

    Great kit but buy a seed starting tray separately

    The kit is perfect except for the pot. Makes the soil dry out a lot quicker than if you were to use one of the regular seed starting trays. I've tried both and so far I am having way better results with the tray I purchased than the pot that came in the kit
