Would not order from this party
This item arrived 4 days late after it bounced around being misrouted and delayed between 2 states back and forth. It never had an updated delivery date. I ordered another from somewhere else. Then it showed up 4 days after it should have. I now have to return as it arrived after the date needed. Customer service was unable to clear up matter with them. Was told if it didn’t arrive within 4 days after expected date to call and they would refund. Needed for a gift…very disappointed and now have to make a trip to return 👎

Love this walker
Let me start by saying this walker was very affordable, it is easy to clean and store and I feel very comfortable putting my son in it. I bought this for my son when he was about 5 months old and didn't use it for about a month. I'm very disappointed that I had to adjust the walker to the tallest setting to accommodate a 6 month old who is average height. He really enjoys this walker but will probably get only 2-3 months use of it.

Unsafe, not good quality - lasted 3 months!
My eight month old has been using this walker daily for the past three months. She'll be in and out of it throughout the day but doesn't spend extensive time in it. The main seat seam (crotch area) is completely split (see pic). She's under 25 pounds and only in the 50th percentile for weight. I don't think this is acceptable AT ALL. I was annoyed when the giraffe toys had snapped off in the first week, however, I didn't see it happen and thought maybe an older child could have leaned on them or something. So, I didn't think much of it and removed the entire toy bar since there was sharp plastic from the bottom of the giraffes left. I should have realized that it was an indication of the quality of the whole product. The problem I have now is that I'd purchased the item in November since it was a Christmas gift to the baby. However, she was so small she couldn't use it until February. So, now I'm well past the return time frame with the store where I purchased it even though we've only used it for three months! This is extremely disappointing, frustrating and a massive inconvenience. I can only put her in her highchair for now because I'm afraid to put her in the walker in case the rest of the seam fails and she falls to the floor. I'd like BabyTrend to make this situation right and will absolutely never buy from this manufacturer again if they won't do so. I have three children, am considering having more and will make a point to share my experience with the many families we know who also have young children. I understand sometimes a mistake can be made, but this is ridiculous and I feel this situation needs to be addressed!

Walker is great. Toy bar not so good.
My 6 month old grandson ripped the giraffes off within 2 days of having this walker and I don't have him in it more than 30 minutes at a time and only a few times a week! It left sharp plastic pieces protruding from the toy bar. If you need a reasonable priced walker (that you are not going to use all the time) this is nice; just remove the toy bar once the child starts pulling on the toys.

Good walker, Bad toy
As far as the walker goes it works just fine. It's sturdy, easy to fold up. The problem is the toy bar with the giraffes. My son loved it! Sadly it's not well made. He broke both giraffes off. I was going to let him keep the toy bar on there so that he could play with the beads, but the stand that the giraffes was on sticks up and I was afraid he would hit his eye on it.

Walker works okay, gandchild seems to enjoy it.
To be used by 9 month old, has a good time with toy bar, and use of food tray.
