Does NOT Spin by Design!
Misleading - it doesn't spin! The toy packaging does say "Spinning Top", but it's not possible in the design. The balls only jump around within the chamber. Just a heads up so you know what you are not buying.

Fun Times
My almost 8 month old is enjoying pushing the beetle down and watching the balls bounce into new spots. As a mom I appreciate how long it spins and the balls bounce, while not being too loud while he plays.

How does it spin?
Daughter loves it but have no idea what the spinning feature even is. Just another popping toy purchased but grandparents to drive parents nuts.

Scary for my baby
It works as intended but it’s hard to see the balls popping which is what the kids want to see. It is also sooo loud that my baby is scared of it. She literally crawls in my lap when she sees it and if she encounters it on her own she throws it out of her play area.
