Q: How long does the toy take to charge using the USB port? We removed the batteries because the toy is already not working properly and hoping this will fix the issue. It has been 4 hours and does not appear to be charging.

A: Hi Patiently waiting. The USB port is used while the toy is being played with (the power supply) and it is not a charging port. If the batteries are removed the USB cable must be on to make it work. The Battat Team

You may also wish to change the batteries with all new alkaline batteries and check they are in the correct polarity. Do not buy!
I bought this toy 3 separate times within 2 months. All 3 stopped working with 2-2.5 weeks. The balls do not have the power to shoot up after a good 3-5 plays. Such a shame.

This is a great toy. The balls shoot out really hard so make sure it's not pointed at you.
The baby loves it. Not to loud and and very entertaining. It comes with five balls but really needs more. It is very stable it stays where you put it even when the babies get rough with it.

Breaks/stops working very quickly, sont waste your money
Fun, but then it stops working within less than a month of having it. I thought it would be a great birthday present for my 1-year-old, and it was! But then it stopped working disappointingly fast. I’ve tried to fix it myself, and was slightly able, but the mechanism that pops the balls out just doesn’t have the force it did the first day. Really disappointed to have wasted money on this for his birthday.
