I have used this product before and I would open the package to find it in good condition. This is the second time I've used it so I not that familiar with the product, but this time when I open it excited to have a special day of self care and relaxing I find inside the packaging that it is COMPLETELY OBLITERATED!! Because it's only my second time using this product I am still unsure and don't think that it's the best product to use and will not be used in the future.

You get what you pay for
Unable to use as they feel apart in pieces before I could apply to my face. I don’t know if they are just that cheap or old, but as I look at other reviews looks like other people have the same compliant. I gave it 2 stars as I’m pretty sure I repurchased it and didn’t have a problem the first time. Will not repurchase again.

Ripped terribly
I wanted to love this because I love the Avatara face masks, so when I saw this I thought they must be good. The smell was interesting to say the least and wasn’t the best. However the most important part of this rating is how they ripped into multiple pieces and were so difficult to put on, it was like I was trying to piece a puzzle of shredded eye masks on my face. The quality was truly terrible. At that point they weren’t even usable.

I actually thought the plastic covering was the eye patch because when I reached in, out came 2 sheets perfectly on top of each, one clear and one white. I looked back in and the gel the patches looked like they had been ripped to shreds. The pic has the two biggest pieces. Completely disappointed.

Rips easily
The eye gels ripped while I was trying to get them out of the package, and they had become removed from the backing so it was a pain to get them out. One patch had ripped in two and the other had several micro tears. I also wasn’t impressed by the serum itself so I wouldn’t repurchase.
