Sticky, no touchable softness!
Bought this for the pleasant scent and good price point. Many heat protectants have a chemically smell and this one did not. However, it does NOT make my hair soft as advertised. It feels very sticky and stiff and won’t brush out even after styling. I immediately want to wash my hair. Tried it on different occasions forgetting why I don’t like it and consistently hate it. Don’t recommend at least for my hair type (thick wavy hair).

Not crazy about this. It may be less about the actual product and more due to the bottle design, but regardless, the spray comes out too heavy. The wetness on my hair was a bit much and that felt less effective than the competitor brands. Took a chance on this product because my teen likes the curly hair leave in spray, but I will not be purchasing again.

I was looking for a product that could help me repair the damage of my hair, I came across this product and I must say it actually is miraculous, I've been using it every day for about 1 month and now my hair feels softer, the ends of my hair are less damaged and it even helps me to untangle my hair. The only thing I don't like is the sprayer, It comes like a straight line, so I have to spray it on my hand and then put it on my hair because if I do it right from the bottle it doesn't distribute well on the hair.

Very drying and makes hair have residue
Hate the spray mechanism, it is super inconvenient as the liquid starts to get on your fingers making it hard to use the spray. i've used this multiple times trying different techniques each time, since this makes my hair feel dry and brittle after straightening. i wanted to like this product, but it was super drying to my hair, and after straightening it, it would look and feel very dry, but it made my hair have a very weird residue almost greasy

Worst soray mechanism.
Why would you put this sprayer on any type of hair product? The stream comes out in a narrow forceful stream. It should be a fine mist to evenly coat your hair. Instead the stream makes it hard to distribute product efficiently and your hair ends up damp resulting in needing to wait to use heat on your hair. Do not recommend.

Are the instructions wrong? I would use this on towel dried hair and then blowdry when necessary. If it is already dry, how is it a heat protectant?
