Q: Has anyone had issues with squeezing out the product from the bottles? Both my shampoo and conditioner refuse to come out despite keeping them upside down. The bottle is super distorted. It’s really annoying

Q: Why does your info state sulfate-free yet it is the second ingredient on bottle? Also, why does your website state PETA Cruelty-free yet bottle does NOT state that?

A: We want to apologize for any confusion but we do not claim this product as sulfate free, however it is paraben free. Also although we could state "Cruelty-Free" on many of our products, we don't make this claim because we believe it's misleading. There is currently no set standard for when a company can claim that their products have not been tested on animals.

A: Theyre both at the front of the ingredient list, so this will have high amounts of both SLS and SLES, not good for curls or any hair for that matter

Lost more hair
Its smells really nice but made wayyyyy more of my hair fall out. I usually loose a little hair when i push it out before I style my curls but this made me loose way more hair than normal. DO NOT recommend

Bottle is horrible. I don't mind the product itself. It's an okay in between since my hair needed something new but every time I use it i get frustrated that it's so full of air and impossible to get out. I didn't buy the larger one bc it felt so full of air. Figured maybe they just left air to make it easier to squeeze. No. It's horrible and i don't even struggle with hand/ arm functioning

Products arrived in a used manner twice.
This is my second order of a product line from Target, the first set of products were used or someone reached in and scooped out the product of two hair products. The shampoo arrived half way empty and the products looked like they were pulled from the return bin. No more ordering hair products on line fir me.

It really works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I am impressed. I’ve been causing a hole in my wallet to revive my curls and I can’t believe it was an “affordable brand” to do that. It really works! My curls are hydrated, they look full of bounce and are soft to the touch. I don’t deal with frizz like I used to. The coconut scent is a plus. After the first wash I noticed such a difference in the texture of my hair. Obsessed.

It comes in a huge bottle which should last me awhile, and the pump dispenser is easy to use and gives me the perfect amount every time. The texture is creamy and thick, yet feels very lightweight in my hair. It smells absolutely incredible with notes of floral, citrus, and coconut, and the scent lasts for a long time in my hair. It lathers really well, and just a small amount is needed to fully coat my long, thick curls. It makes my hair and scalp feel squeaky clean and onec dry my hair feels so healthy and rejuvenated. My curls look more bouncy and have a nice shine, plus my hair feels super soft and smooth. This shampoo paired with the conditioner is a match made in heaven. They make my hair look luscious, helps make it more manageable, and takes away all my frizz and flyaways. Love this shampoo from Aussie, just like I love all their products.
