We’d like you to know our shampoos and conditioners offer varying levels of moisturization and it sounds like this product is more moisturizing than what is needed for your hair’s texture and condition. If you haven’t already, try using a little less product. Also, if you normally use both a shampoo and conditioner, you could try using just the shampoo and only using the conditioner every other or every third wash. We also recommend using a clarifying shampoo occasionally to remove and product buildup and restore hair cleanliness. Regarding the shampoo not lathering as much, this does not mean the product is not working. If you don’t wash your hair every day, the shampoo may not lather well at first. To get more lather, we recommend shampooing the hair again after rinsing. Also, hard water can cause there to be less lather as well.
