Good but expensive

The consistency is light and airy, making it great for spreading on toast, mixing into pasta, or dolloping on roasted veggies. The flavor has a pleasant tang without being overpowering, and the gluten-free formula gives me confidence it’s safe for guests with sensitivities. My only real gripe is the price — this is definitely on the higher end for a spreadable cheese. If the price were lower, I’d reach for it more often, but even at a premium, I still keep it on hand for entertaining or when I want something a little nicer than average. Four stars because the taste and texture are excellent, just not quite enough to completely justify the cost.

Very yummy

It's nice to put on the baguette and garnish with some dill and cilantro. I haven't tried adding salmon to it, but I think it will go along very well too as appetizers for the party

Perfect product. I make a lamb burger and use this as the cheese part but also like a spread on the bun. Great texture and flavor! It goes along with shallot jalapeño relish, arugula on the burger and it’s delicious!

Cracked damaged plastic, cheese exposed to dirt and bacteria
Received yet another container of this item with a large and open crack in the plastic exposing the feta cheese to air, dirt, bacteria etc. I’ve probably experienced this 6 times in the past 3 years. I was given the third degree by Target guest relations and spent 15 minutes and was transferred three times to receive a $3.99 refund for their own poor handling of products. I have had it with Target.

This spread is so yummy. Very feta and clean, pure. It's way too thick as a dip though. Crackers were breaking all over the place. Smeared on toast? Perfect! I'll definitely buy this again and would strongly recommend for cheese lovers or for a charcuterie board!!
