Some of the navigating is a chaired to get used to and some I still haven't figured out like I can't scan from my printer to my laptop like I used to do with my last one but I can send things from my laptop to printer to print. 🤔

Typically, this means Windows is possibly corrupted. Please try to run a factory reset to resolve this issue. If the problem persists, we recommend to get a replacement unit from your seller if laptop is still within the replacement Windows. Returned laptop
I returned this laptop. I was told it had a backlight. It did not and that was a deal breaker. The signage was incorrect at the store.

Windows 11 sucks.
I don't like the Windows 11 it comes with . It is way harder too use than Windows 10 ,and not intuitive at all . Why do they always have too mess up a good thing . If the conputer had come with Windows 10 i would have given it a five star .

Windows 11 buggy update but great computer other
It was a tad buggy with the Windows 11 update, it took serval attempts to just to install Windows, I almost was ready to return the computer. After I finally got the update installed and got into the process of downloading the updated apps I use I more than satisfied with my choice.

Hoping for the best from ASUS
So far so good. My first ASUS purchase in a long while. I confess I placed a parallel order from another major vendor starting with an "L" for a similar machine with similar specs and they took the order then cancelled themselves because they could not fulfill it. That was a bad start. I chose them because I've read mixed reviews about ASUS support after the sale. So I am hoping for. the best. I am NOT a gamer or someone that produces vast graphic arts so I just need a reliable and portable machine to do occasional work from home and other Internet activity. I know ASUS has a reputation for making decent machines so I am hoping this is the beginning of a new positive relationship. I am brand loyal when I am pleased such as Netgear routers, Brother printers, Apple phones, etc for years!

I've had my Vivobook Go for a week now and have been able to find my way around in Win 11. Did some muttering when Microsoft 'helped' me by uploading all my old files into their OneDrive cloud instead of onto the computer. Other than that, I'm enjoying the speed and responsiveness.

Excellent Laptop
At first I just wanted a laptop to backup my laptop that went down but the more I use this laptop, the better I keep using it. It's fast and so far very reliable. I haven't had any problems in setting up the laptop and it's working great. This is an awesome laptop!

Wow! I love my new ASUS Vivobook Laptop. It had been a while since I had bought a new one. The old laptop was 8 years old. It kept crashing, and nope, it was not an ASUS. All of my programs were easy to install, registration was quick and easy. Love the big, big letters and numbers. These old eyes can see them clearly.
