Scam for the size of the bottle

Ridiculously small bottle for the price, would never have bought had it been displayed that it was non returnable, rip off and very disappointed!!! Would not recommend, you could buy a larger bottle anywhere for the same price, shame on target for selling this item thru a 3rd party! I thought I was buying from their Ulta department!
